וּֽלֲצִיּ֨וֹן׀ יֵאָמַ֗ר אִ֣ישׁ וְ֭אִישׁ יֻלַּד־ בָּ֑הּ וְה֖וּא יְכוֹנְנֶ֣הָ עֶלְיֽוֹן׃

And of Zion it shall be said, This and that man was born in her: and the highest himself shall establish her.
