הַ֥לְלוּ יָ֨הּ׀ אַשְׁרֵי־ אִ֭ישׁ יָרֵ֣א אֶת־ יְהוָ֑ה בְּ֝מִצְוֹתָ֗יו חָפֵ֥ץ מְאֹֽד׃

Praise ye the LORD. Blessed is the man that feareth the LORD, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.
