גְּֽבוּל־ שַׂ֭מְתָּ בַּל־ יַֽעֲבֹר֑וּן בַּל־ יְ֝שׁוּב֗וּן לְכַסּ֥וֹת הָאָֽרֶץ׃

Thou hast set a bound that they may not pass over; that they turn not again to cover the earth.
