לְהָבִ֣יא עָ֭לָיו צַֽעֲקַת־ דָּ֑ל וְצַעֲקַ֖ת עֲנִיִּ֣ים יִשְׁמָֽע׃

So that they cause the cry of the poor to come unto him, and he heareth the cry of the afflicted.
