τίσιν δὲ προσώχθισεν τεσσεράκοντα ἔτη; οὐχὶ τοῖς ἁμαρτήσασιν ὧν τὰ κῶλα ἔπεσεν ἐν τῇ ἐρήμῳ;

But with whom was he grieved forty years? was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness?
