אֱמָר־ נָ֗א אֶל־ זְרֻבָּבֶ֤ל בֶּן־ שַׁלְתִּיאֵל֙ פַּחַ֣ת יְהוּדָ֔ה וְאֶל־ יְהוֹשֻׁ֥עַ בֶּן־ יְהוֹצָדָ֖ק הַכֹּהֵ֣ן הַגָּד֑וֹל וְאֶל־ שְׁאֵרִ֥ית הָעָ֖ם לֵאמֹֽר׃
