וְדִבַּרְתָּ֤ אֶת־ דְּבָרַי֙ אֲלֵיהֶ֔ם אִֽם־ יִשְׁמְע֖וּ וְאִם־ יֶחְדָּ֑לוּ כִּ֥י מְרִ֖י הֵֽמָּה׃ פ

And thou shalt speak my words unto them, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear: for they are most rebellious.
