וַיֹּ֤אמֶר יְהוָה֙ אֶל־ מֹשֶׁ֔ה כֹּ֥ה תֹאמַ֖ר אֶל־ בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל אַתֶּ֣ם רְאִיתֶ֔ם כִּ֚י מִן־ הַשָּׁמַ֔יִם דִּבַּ֖רְתִּי עִמָּכֶֽם׃

And the LORD said unto Moses, Thus thou shalt say unto the children of Israel, Ye have seen that I have talked with you from heaven.
