וַיִּשְׁלַ֨ח סְפָרִ֜ים אֶל־ כָּל־ הַיְּהוּדִ֗ים אֶל־ שֶׁ֨בַע וְעֶשְׂרִ֤ים וּמֵאָה֙ מְדִינָ֔ה מַלְכ֖וּת אֲחַשְׁוֵר֑וֹשׁ דִּבְרֵ֥י שָׁל֖וֹם וֶאֱמֶֽת׃
