כִּ֣י לְכָל־ חֵ֔פֶץ יֵ֖שׁ עֵ֣ת וּמִשְׁפָּ֑ט כִּֽי־ רָעַ֥ת הָאָדָ֖ם רַבָּ֥ה עָלָֽיו׃

Because to every purpose there is time and judgment, therefore the misery of man is great upon him.
