כִּֽי־ תִקְרַ֣ב אֶל־ עִ֔יר לְהִלָּחֵ֖ם עָלֶ֑יהָ וְקָרָ֥אתָ אֵלֶ֖יהָ לְשָׁלֽוֹם׃
English (KJV)
When thou comest nigh unto a city to fight against it, then proclaim peace unto it.
