בְּעֵ֥בֶר הַיַּרְדֵּ֖ן בְּאֶ֣רֶץ מוֹאָ֑ב הוֹאִ֣יל מֹשֶׁ֔ה בֵּאֵ֛ר אֶת־ הַתּוֹרָ֥ה הַזֹּ֖את לֵאמֹֽר׃

On this side Jordan, in the land of Moab, began Moses to declare this law, saying,
