וַתִּכְתֹּ֥ב בַּסְּפָרִ֖ים לֵאמֹ֑ר קִֽרְאוּ־ צ֔וֹם וְהוֹשִׁ֥יבוּ אֶת־ נָב֖וֹת בְּרֹ֥אשׁ הָעָֽם׃
