מִן־ הַשְּׁלוֹשִׁ֗ים הִנּ֤וֹ נִכְבָּד֙ ה֔וּא וְאֶל־ הַשְּׁלוֹשָׁ֖ה לֹא־ בָ֑א וַיְשִׂימֵ֥הוּ דָוִ֖יד עַל־ מִשְׁמַעְתּֽוֹ׃ ס

Behold, he was honourable among the thirty, but attained not to the first three: and David set him over his guard.
